Ice Cream Day!

The Year 6 students and parents should be proud of their very first effort at Fundraising for the year.  Ice Cream Day went off without a hitch today.  The students were super responsible at setting up tables and serving their fellow students.  The parents were incredible at providing all the products and utensils and at helping out with all the packing away.  A special thanks to all the Mums who were there to help today; Mrs Novak with the provision of supplies, Mrs Campbell, Mrs Allaway, Mrs Denver, Mrs Dutton and Mrs Hamilton for helping with all the practical needs of the day.  We could not have done it without you.

Our total takings for the day were $245.20, so once the costs are taken out of that we have raised a total of $172.80 to start off our fundraising for the year.  Bravo to all of Year 6!  I was very proud of how you interacted with the younger students and helped them through the process of getting their ice cream.
